4 months agoDouble H was very thorough in their inspection of the house we are looking to purchase. Our inspector, Tom, took us around the house and walked over detail that he found from small issues to big. He was straight to the point and knowledgeable in every area of a house inspection. Tom ran us around the outside of the house from the siding, to the roof and walked us through the interior of the house while showing us what mattered, when it came to repairs, inside the house. Overall experience was great! I would recommend Double H inspections to anyone. Thank you all for the thorough inspection. -

4 months agoSince I live in another state (with a two-hour time difference), Tom did an outstanding job being my eyes and ears on the inspection. He completed the whole house inspection, sewer scope and radon testing as quoted and scheduled. There were numerous questions that arose from his report, but he was quick to respond (in spite of the time zones), provided additional pictures, as well as amending the inspection reports to incorporate the discrepancies so that the property purchase could move forward. I am considering having him conduct a "follow-up inspection" to ensure the Contingency Agreement repairs have been properly completed once I receive a final scope of work.
