3 months agoWe had this company scheduled on a Friday, but last minute they rescheduled for Saturday. Then on Saturday morning they said the show up time was 9am, they didn't show up until 10:30-11am. Taylor was the guy that showed up to "clean" our home, there was supposed to be two cleaners showing up, but only one showed. He did a walk around with us and told us that he would be cleaning baseboards, celling fans, etc. We can came back from running errands. I did a walk with him. I noticed that the celling fan in our master wasn't cleaned, the baseboards looked the same as before. The stove was still not clean. Our main bathroom shower area didn't get cleaned. He kept saying that he couldn't move anything therefore he couldn't clean most areas. My wife asked McKenzie if there was anything we should know before her company showed up, she said no we will take care of you. I will not be using this company again, what a waste of money and time. If your looking for a cleaning service keep looking this isn't the correct company to help you. -
