Zach was responsive on the initial phone call and said he could get us taken care of and he would have to check his schedule later in the evening and he would call me back to get it scheduled. Hadn't heard from him. Reached out to him again a week later and he said he would have to check his schedule. Still have not heard from him. If you can't do the job. Be up front and let the person know. -
