4 years agoFun park and river play area. Splash pad also. If driving during the heat, it will be well worth the jaunt down to the park to cool off and rest. Going to Expedition Island is a must. Also, gas prices are better in Green River than anywhere else heading west including Salt Lake City -

FAQ
How does Green River Parks & Recreation determine pricing for pool cleaning services?
We base pricing on the size of the pool, frequency of cleaning needed, and specific features like the tot dock and diving board in our L-shaped swimming pool. Contact us at 307-872-6151 for a custom quote tailored to your requirements. Free estimates are available upon request to help you understand costs upfront.
Are you licensed and insured for pool cleaning work?
Green River Parks & Recreation operates as a municipal department with all necessary local permits and insurance coverage for maintaining public facilities like our swimming pool. Our team follows city standards to ensure safe and compliant operations. You can verify details by calling our office at 307-872-6151.
Does Green River Parks & Recreation handle cleaning of L-shaped pools with tot docks and diving boards?
We maintain our L-shaped swimming pool, which includes a tot dock and one-meter diving board, keeping it ready for family swims, lessons, and classes. Our routine involves skimming surfaces, vacuuming floors, and checking equipment to prevent issues. This approach ensures the pool remains safe and inviting for all users.
What is your typical timeline and arrival window for pool cleaning appointments?
Green River Parks & Recreation schedules cleanings during posted pool hours, with arrival times aligned to program needs like swim lessons or open swims. We aim for consistent weekly or bi-weekly visits to maintain water quality without disrupting activities. Call 307-872-0511 at the Recreation Center to check availability and book a slot.
What should I expect for cleanup and after-care after your pool cleaning service?
We remove all debris, vacuum thoroughly, and balance chemicals to leave the pool sparkling and safe for immediate use. Surrounding areas like decks are hosed down to eliminate any residue from the process. Regular monitoring prevents algae growth and ensures lasting clarity between visits.
Why is your professional pool cleaning approach better and safer than doing it myself?
Our methods use city-approved equipment and trained staff to handle the unique demands of features like diving boards and tot docks, avoiding common DIY errors such as chemical imbalances. We test water chemistry precisely and apply treatments that protect pool surfaces long-term. This professional standard reduces health risks and extends equipment life compared to inconsistent home efforts.
