5 months agoCalled to get an emergency electrician on a Saturday. Had a call back and the gentleman was very dismissive and even after telling us the higher rate of the emergency call we agreed to pay since there was no heat. He keep trying to push us off and get us to not have someone come out. Finally after telling him multiple times we would pay the price he stated we would get another call and someone would be out in less than 4 hours. We never heard back from anyone in this company. -

The team was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with they coordinated smoothly with our staff and made sure everything was functioning safely and efficiently.
