1 month agoThey have a polite, young salesman, but a very rude and unhelpful installer. We have a kitchen floor beginning to go out on us, and so we wanted to see what was available. The salesman who came out was very nice and did his best to help, but the installer who came with was dismissive and almost confrontational, wanting to sell us not on what we wanted or were looking for, but on what he wanted to install. When I went to the shop later I was able to find EXACTLY what we wanted, but the installer(same one) still was no real help and REFUSED to even look up the numbers for the product I wanted, so I ended up leaving with only what the product I wanted was called. They do have a good selection, if only they knew anything about how to sell it. We won't be coming back. -
