6 years agoI called and talked to Ashley directly. Gave very detailed instructions and asked if she could provide the service. She said yes. Upon arrival she cut corners, did not follow the detailed instructions and tried to leave earlier than her paid for 6 hours. -

11 years agoDon't waste your money!!!! In 20 years, this is the worst cleaning service I have ever used! I have had the Maid Co. of WY come to my home twice. I have a larger home, I only had them clean about 2500 sq. ft. of the house, which they charged me $250.00. Both times I have been unhappy. My flooring consists mostly of hardwood and tile, they use a dyson to 'sweep' and a swifter to clean. Which doesn't remove the dust, dirt and dog hair from my two dogs. The furniture in every room were only dusted around the items and the items were not even wiped down...... Half of a room is dusted the other half not even touched.....I could on FOREVER!!!!! Don't waste your money!!! -

12 years agoI was extremely unhappy with this provider. I have had a cleaning service for many years and by far, this service is the worst. The job looked as though someone rushed through a house wiping things off. I'm very particular about the fronts of my black kitchen appliances, I do not like them to be scratched. I left specific instruction on the cleaning procedure so the appliances would not be scratched, the microwave had scratches in the pattern of how it was wiped with a cloth, obviously not following my instructions. The scratches are not repairable. I instructed my custom light cherry cabinets to be oiled with a specific oil, they did not use the specified oil, my cabinets were covered with an oily residue from 'Old English furniture scratch remover', unfortunately they used a dark scratch remover, so any defect had a dark residue left. This took me several attempts at cleaning to remove, some of the defects are unrepairable. I would NEVER hire this cleaning service again. -

12 years agoThey sent two people and they worked for three hours. Inga Daniels came up ahead of time and gave me a bid so I knew what I was contracting for. There was a bit of a mixup with the people as they thought they were going to be here the entire day, but that was cleared up. They brought their own equipment and cleaning supplies. They were very industrious; they didn't come and fiddle around, they worked. They were clean, compatible, and knew what they were doing. -

12 years agoMaid Co of Casper was hired to clean my home before I placed it on the market for sale. The owner came to the home and gave an estimate and was due to return the following Tuesday to provide the service of cleaning the home. Upon returning to the home on Thursday to survey the results I found that the top glass shelf in the refrigerator was missing, and window curtains from the entire upstairs were missing. I immediately called to see if the shelf was accidentally broken and perhaps the curtains were removed for cleaning and was told he did not know anything about the missing items. After several calls to the owner I resorted to filing a police report for the items that were removed from my home.
