2 months agoWe hired Chambers Excavating to reestablish a 500' water drainage ditch on our property line that was overgrown and dammed up so bad it was not draining properly. They got it done right and at a fair price! I highly recommend Chambers Excavating to anyone. -

2 months agoJon Chambers has decades of experience and it really shows. He is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I had a water leak develop between the meter and my house on a line that is 1/4 of a mile long. No one was sure where the leak was, but the water district told me I was losing four gallons of water per minute. The problem was urgent. Jon showed up right on time and within four hours he located the problem without having to dig up the whole line to find it. He had the line replaced and new parts installed within six hours. The water district came and tested the line and found that Jon had repaired it perfectly -- no more leaks anywhere. Jon had the trench backfilled and put the gate back up all within a day. I couldn't be happier with Chambers Excavation for solving the problem so quickly and efficiently. His pricing is more than fair and he very easy to work with. I highly recommend Jon for any of the work he can do that is listed on his website. Hire him. You'll be glad you did.

FAQ
How does Chambers Excavating determine pricing for water damage excavation projects?
We assess the scope of the project, including the extent of trenching, grading, or sewer repairs needed, along with site conditions like Wyoming's terrain and soil type. Factors such as material costs and equipment time also influence the final quote. Homeowners receive a detailed breakdown to understand the value provided for flood recovery or pipe breaks.
Do you offer free estimates for excavation and septic work?
We provide free, no-obligation estimates to evaluate your property and discuss needs. Our team visits the site to measure the work accurately for utility trenching or site grading. This upfront step helps set clear expectations before any commitment.
Is Chambers Excavating licensed and insured for water damage and demolition services?
Our crew holds the necessary licensing for excavation, septic systems, and demolition in Natrona County. We maintain full insurance coverage to protect properties during trenching, grading, or tree removal. With over 27 years serving Casper and surrounding areas, we prioritize compliance and safety on every job.
What is your typical timeline and arrival window for scheduling jobs?
Chambers Excavating coordinates schedules based on project size, aiming for prompt starts after estimates, often within days for urgent water damage repairs. We provide specific arrival windows and communicate any adjustments due to weather or terrain challenges. Larger septic or grading projects may span a few days to a week, with daily updates.
Does Chambers Excavating handle cleanup and debris removal after excavation for drainage systems?
We remove all excavated dirt, debris, and waste from trenching or demolition sites, leaving the property neat. Our process includes backfilling where appropriate and smoothing graded areas for immediate usability. Homeowners can expect the site ready for restoration or landscaping right after completion.
Why is it safer to hire you for sewer repairs and site grading instead of attempting DIY?
Professional equipment and knowledge of local soil conditions prevent collapses or improper drainage that DIY efforts often cause in tough Wyoming terrain. We follow precise methods for utility trenching and septic installations to avoid damaging existing lines or creating future floods. Our 27 years of experience ensure stable, long-lasting results without the risks of inexperienced digging.
