1 month agoI guess it was good as the unit seems to be working , but found it very odd that no one came in to tell us the repair was complete. Basically, I am satisfied as you all communicated that you were going to come when the unit came in, communicated that you would be out the next day, but seems odd to not the word that the work was complete. I turned the system on the next morning and it was working so that was the first that we had confirmation. Also kind of weird to be responding in this very public way. -
