10 years agoCarnation did clean the insides of the kitchen cabinets and the lower closet shelves and most of the bathrooms as asked. The rest was terrible - - - there was caked on filth underneath the rims of the toilets - - - there was caked dust/dirt accumulations on top of all the ceiling fans and on the tops of all door and window frames - - - instead of washing the windows, they moved dirt around - - -- in sunlight, the windows are horribly streaked. Do not use this service or, if you do, BE SURE to do a white glove inspection before paying them one cent. Because it was several weeks from the time of the cleaning to the time of our move-in, raised this issues well after the payment was made. The owner had no interest in coming over to the condo and actually seeing what was not done. She refunded $50 of the $400 we paid. DO NOT USE THEM!!
