3 months agoJeremy did a great job! Our dishwasher leaked water under our kitchen flooring and into the basement. We called late on a Thursday night. He stopped at the house about a half hour later. Checked it over. Told us what we should do that night. He was there the next morning. Set up his equipment, assessed the damage and worked with our insurance adjuster. He took care of contacting the flooring and cabinet companies, for replacements. Him and his crew removed cabinets, dryed and treated the area, replaced underlayment, replaced cabinets, flooring and even painted! Turned out beautiful! I will definitely contact him again if the need arises. -

4 months agoOn a Sunday, I discovered my newly renovated basement flooded by an exploded water heater. One call and Jeremy and his team were there within an hour. They started immediately, removing my furniture to the carport, then mopping the water up and setting up dehumidifiers. On Monday a Pod arrived and my furniture was efficiently packed in. Jeremy took care of everything from communicating with my insurance company (Amica A+) and all sub-contractors to restore the flooring, baseboards, walls, and carpet on the stairs, to finding the right people to handle the cleaning of my beloved Persian rugs. Every aspect was overseen by Jeremy. He made even a control freak like me feel at ease. I cannot recommend him highly enough. -
