1 year agoI would NOT recommend these guys. "Professional" came to defrost a frozen pipe. He indiscriminately sprayed over 8 gallons of water to get the job done. He didn't care that water was getting everywhere and ruining product. No tarp, no bucket to catch the water. After I brought this to his attention, he remained careless and negligent. Called the company to inform them of what happened. Essentially, "nothing could have been done differently." I personally laid down cardboard and used garbage bags to catch the water. You can tell from the hallway (no water sprayed there) that the person working is not considerate. He also made a big spill in the bathroom and left it that way. Do NOT let these guys into your business or home. -
