4 months agoIsland Time Construction took on what seemed like a huge task in transforming my 1945 home. Nick and his team replaced my stoop and sidewalks, poured a beautiful new patio, and installed a vinyl fence. But it was the extra mile touches that really made this a great experience. They dealt with the city to make sure the surveys and permitting were safe and legal, made sure my fence was secure by doing more than was required by product specs, and even tore down an eyesore of a shed for me. Maybe the best part? They documented everything on video. I would definitely recommend Island Time Construction. They take great pride in their work, a rare business quality these days! -

We often joke about getting him down to my house in South Carolina to do projects down here after I moved. Great work. Thoughtful and provides excellent insight and suggestions. 5 months agoi have been using ITC for a few years now. Obviously the worst part of home owning is the dreaded financial costs to keep things nice. I can honestly say of all the repairs and upgrades to my house I have done, the ONLY invoices I've been happy to pay have been the ones received by Nick from Island Time. Nick has truly perfected his craft over his years. From his planning to paying, I have always had excellent customer service, and his attention to detail is the best I have ever seen between contractors I have hired and contractors I have personally worked for. The wife and I have a separate bank account exclusively for future Island Time Construction projects. We are loyal customers to Nick as long as he is in business. -
