8 months agoThey said they'd be to the job by 1pm that day, which got pushed to 4pm, then past dark, then to the next day. We just had storms in the area so completely understand that jobs may have ran long. Meanwhile we turned down other vendors who said they could do the job that same day. We were then told, "I promise to be there first thing in the morning," only to be ghosted. We finally heard at 10:30am that his truck had broke down. This just echoes the 300 word texts they sent with excuses for why they weren't on our job. Now we're scrambling to find other vendors. -

1 year agoI hired drop zone tree care this year to take down a few large trees that was damaging the roof of my home, Shannon, the owner did a fantastic job. He's definitely a professional, the trees dropped right where he said they would and to be honest I have a whole new respect for arborists!! Climbing those big trees has got to be dangerous, but Drop Zone Tree Care knows what he's doing, and the price was unbelievably lower than the other estimates I've gotten. I highly recommend! -
