3 months agoPaid over $6000 for a new radiant heat furnace and found out it had a ONE YEAR warranty. Ridiculous. Have had nothing but issues with it for the last 2 years. Always some new problem with it. Along with a leaking water issue every winter. Parts have been replaced. Just had a FAULTY pump replaced, this years issue, ( it cracked) and I was billed over $600. Would never recommend. Bad warranties, expensive and to many visits to resolve problems. -

3 months agoI unfortunately had a terrible experience with one of the employees who showed up at my client's home today to address an issue with their heating system malfunctioning. I own a pet sitting business and since my client is out of town, I was the person who needed to explain the issue that was occurring. The employee, a short middle aged man, refused to listen to the issue, chastised me for doing what the client had asked me to do, then proceeded to completely dismiss me and walk away as I reiterated the issue that was going on. When I say dismiss, he completely ignored me, refused to look at the thermostats or heat registers that I was trying to tell him were involved in the issue, and walked into another room two different times as I was still trying to explain the issue. I realize I'm not the owner of the home, but I was completely taken aback by how rude and dismissive he was. He may not have thought what I had to say was important, but he needs to keep his prejudices and biases in check when he's working with the public. -
