3 months agoSafeway Pest Control is a great service. Our service Technician, Paul goes above and beyond. Even reporting safety concerns in our office we weren't even aware of so we can take quick action. He is friendly and knowledgeable and very professional. I highly recommend Paul and his company. -

3 months agoI am updating my review after the owner called me. He agreed enough wasn't done to justify the $195 charge. He offered a $100 discount & I feel that is fair. So I'm changing my review from two starts to 4. I'd seen a mouse & looked for entry points myself, so when the service person came I told him where they were & he put cheap & easy to tear "stainless steel " in the holes & set some bait stations out. He even admitted the "stainless" his company used was garbage & wouldn't keep them out. I kept hearing the poison being eaten every day so I looked for another entry point behind my washer & dryer & found the main entry Myself. I had told the guy to move the washer & dryer to check behind & he said it wasn't necessary so did not do it. So I found all the entry points Myself, I put actual steel wool in them & caulked over the area Myself. So I basically fixed it all Myself, minus the bait & stations. What a waste of money! Save yours & do the job yourself. -

FAQ
How does Safeway Pest Management determine pricing for pest control services?
We provide free estimates after inspecting your property to understand the scope of your pest or wildlife issue. During the inspection, our technicians assess the type of pest, extent of the problem, and size of your home or office to give you an accurate quote. This hands-on approach ensures you know exactly what to expect before committing to service, and we're transparent about any adjustments needed based on what we find.
Are you licensed and insured to perform pest control work?
Safeway Pest Management maintains the proper licensing and insurance required to safely handle wildlife and pest control services in Wisconsin. We follow all local and state regulations to protect your home and family during treatment. You can request proof of our credentials at any time, and we're happy to discuss our qualifications and safety standards with you.
Does Safeway Pest Management handle both indoor pest control and wildlife removal?
Yes, we handle both pest control and wildlife issues for homes and offices. Our technicians are trained to address rodents, insects, and other unwanted creatures using appropriate methods for each situation. Whether you're dealing with mice in your kitchen, insects in your basement, or wildlife concerns around your property, we have the expertise to tackle the problem safely and effectively.
How quickly can you schedule service, and what should I expect on the day of my appointment?
Safeway Pest Management works to accommodate your schedule with flexible availability for both one-time treatments and ongoing quarterly visits. Our technicians arrive prepared to inspect your property thoroughly, identify problem areas, and explain what they find before beginning treatment. We communicate clearly throughout the process so you understand what's happening and why, making the experience straightforward and stress-free.
What does Safeway Pest Management do with waste and debris after treatment?
Our team handles cleanup as part of our service, ensuring your home or office is left clean and safe after we finish. We properly dispose of any traps, bait stations, or debris according to environmental and safety standards. Your space will be ready for normal use immediately after we leave, with no mess or hazardous materials left behind.
Why is professional pest control safer and more effective than handling it yourself?
Professional pest control uses targeted methods and approved products applied by trained technicians who understand pest biology and behavior, which DIY approaches often miss. Our team identifies not just the pests themselves but also entry points and conditions that attract them, allowing us to prevent future infestations rather than just treating current ones. We also provide prevention tips and monitor your situation over time, adjusting our approach as needed to keep your home protected long-term.
