We have been in our house for 20 years, We have installed garage doors from guys we've installed probably two different garage door openers over the last 20 years. Of course, our coils have broken over the years and have had many people come out to repair them. We've always been very satisfied. But this last time I feel Deserves a special review because mike was exceptional. We had a coil break back in June Called and of course someone came out quite quickly to fix it. We were so grateful. But unfortunately, the other garage door coil broke in October. This time mike was sent out. Mike took so much time was so extra thorough and realized a few more things were needed than just a coil. Not only that he checked the garage door that was done in June and said those coils needed an adjustment or some change of some sort Due to the heaviness of that door. He alerted me to everything and then offered to come back at 6:30 in the morning the very next day to make sure everything was done correctly. His knowledge, integrity, his honesty, his hard-working attitude..... All of it was so impressive! We are so so grateful we had the chance to have Mike work on our garage doors and wanted to let guys know what a stellar employee they have. Thank you, mike! -

8 months agoI had three wall mount garage door openers installed at a new construction home about two years ago. I had to move one of the wall mount switches and realized that they never installed one of the safeties on all three of the openers. They broke the switch out of the safety and wired it inside the unit like it was there.
