1 year agoBen came out for the initial consultation. In that consultation we went over the services he provided, options in those services and how they would be installed. Thoughtout all of the consultation he was incredibly polite and knowledgeable about the process. He simplified the questions I had with visual aid and pictures of what he's done in the past. On the day of the instal he arrived on time and ready to work. He worked with in the 8 hours he suggested and installed the unit without any mess for me to clean up while being organized and efficient. Throughout the whole process he was understanding and accommodating to my needs and wants. As a customer I couldn't ask for more. -

1 year agoDespite being what my wife would call "highly opinionated," I don't bother to write many Google Reviews. To be honest-I'm lazy. So you know something is really special when I put digital pen to paper to sing someone's praises. Ben of Evergreen HVAC Comfort Solutions is just that: special. We're all wary of finding and having a new electrician, plumber, HVAC or what have you come into our homes and do vital work, especially in a moment of crisis. There are a lot of grifters and subpar workers out there. Ben is neither: he is trustworthy, fair, and highly knowledgeable. Whereas many in the trades let their skillset and knowledge base stagnate, it is obvious after five minutes talking to him that he's always striving to learn more, stay up to date on innovations in the industry, and master his craft. That said, he is extremely proficient in working on both old school analog and modern smart systems and technology and possesses a keen attention to detail (which is paramount with this kind of work). He doesn't price gouge-far from it, he's extremely fair in terms of pricing for the quality of work he does-and has come out on short notice the day before a holiday when we were in a pinch in the dead of winter. He's diligent and follows up and checks in with you to ensure your system is running optimally. You can tell the guy really cares-not just about the work he's done, but the people he does it for. It's hard to find someone who is trustworthy and compassionate in any field these days. To be honest, I think after working with Ben several times now I'd trust this guy to babysit my kid (and that's saying something, I trust most people about as far as I can throw them-and I have a bum shoulder)! Seriously, if you're in the Milwaukee area (we're in Saint Francis, where he operates out of), you can do no better in terms of contracting someone to work on your heating and air conditioning. We have long term upgrades in mind for our HVAC system, and you can bank on the fact that we'll be calling Ben and his Evergreen HVAC Comfort Solutions in to handle the job every time for years to come. -
