5 months agoOscar is truly a blessing! I called him on a Friday, almost 4 pm for one of our elderly customers. Oscar stopped by within a few hours and diagnosed the problem. This lady almost went without no heat in Wisconsin's freezing temps. She will need a new furnace and Basurto's will be the company we will go through with any future HVAC needs. -

9 months agoOscar's verbal price did not match what he actually charged. I offered him the opportunity to refund the overpayment. However, he will not honor his verbal quote and therefore will not process the refund. In addition, he was 3 hrs late to the appointment as he continuously texted me "I'm on my way" and will be "over to you in 35 min" and then another text an hour later stating "28 min I'll be there". He was courteous and personable when he finally arrived, but that did not negate that fact that he was so late and charged more than he agreed to. -

11 months agoVery quick service and responsive. My AC/Heat is 35-40 years old and I'm not even sure when it was last looked at. Oscar came in and checked everything, replaced all my condensation lines, and did the "tune up". Great on prices and I for sure will only recommend Basurto's in the future. -
