2 years agoI had a great experience with 911. My tenant's furnace went out, so I called 911 to have them diagnose the problem. When I explained what was happening, Jefferson walked me through a few troubleshooting steps until I identified the igniter was bad. He advised me where I could buy a replacement, and I was all set. Saved me the cost of diagnostic and service charges. I didn't actually pay 911 anything, but they'll definitely have my business in the future. -

2 years ago911 heating installed an electric water at my condo residence at Fountain Court New Berlin. The guy who installed the water heater did unprofessional work he installed the water heater backwards I was having problems with the water heater and called an experienced plumber to check out the water heater. Upon the plumber's examination of the water heater he told me that the water heater was installed backwards. When I called 911 that I was having problems with the water heater I was told that they will charge me for the service. How ridiculous 911 installed the water heater backwards the do not want to correct their mistake instead they want to charge me I do not recommend 911 heating to anyone they are unprofessional and untrained. -

2 years agoHad them come out to take a look at my AC unit and was super helpful even gave me advice about my water heater vent. Didn't over charge on parts and services I didn't need and charged reasonably for the services I needed will use again when I have future issues. -
