Working with Michelle through the process with my insurance company was smooth! She explained the steps, set expectations, answered all my questions, and even shared photos through the process! When Ismael and the crew showed up, they were friendly, thorough, and efficient! They even had tarps down around the house and checked several times that all the debris was picked up! I hired Zamora roofing to replace my roof, and the job was booked to start within a week. Ismael let me know he and his crew would be at my house by 7, and they were very prompt! The job took two days, and they cleaned up my yard so well both days. I have a great warranty and I know I can call them if I have any issues. I will definitely be using them again when it's time to reroof my garage.
