2 months agoWhile I continue to rely on All Comfort Services and am happy with them, I was shocked at the estimate I was given to replaced my heavily soiled plastic tubing that goes about 30 feet from the water pump on the floor up over the ceiling and down to the drain. It was a simple but slightly awkward job that required no electrical connections. The estimate I was given less tax was $328.28. While I'm retired, I can still do some of these things, so went to Home Depot and spent less than $10 to replace the tubing... My concern is the impact these exorbitant overpriced estimates have on those who don't understand the simplicity of the job and see no alternative other than paying... with this service call I paid $142.74 which was for inspection of our humidifier to determine the source of a noise that I was concerned about.... I'm not concerned about that charge, but thought my concern with the tubing replacement estimate was worth noting... -

2 months agoWe had questions about the operation of the humidifier that's built into our furnace. TJ did an excellent job of diagnosing the issue (needed to increase water flow) and explaining the system. As a member of All Comfort's Comfort Club, I was surprised at the cost. I thought it would be included in my membership, since no parts were needed and the visit was short. But service was great. -

2 months agoGreat communication and excellent service! Devin provided options for a GFI outlet that kept tripping as well as placement of additional outlets in my garage. I signed up for the Comfort Club membership for the convenience and peace of mind that my home's electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, and furnace will be maintained.
