1 month agoOn top of an already astronomically hectic day, my car decided to die on me for reasons unclear, which was not only totally rude of it to betray me like that after all the money I've shelled out for it, but also completely unrecognizable to me as I had only witnessed car death in Priuses and not my moody Outback. So when all the lights on the dash lit up like a Christmas tree and the power steering and transmission failed, there was no obvious explanation other than that my car was about to self-destruct. To make things more exciting, AAA left me on hold for so long that my phone was about to die, only for them to answer and then ghost me. In a panicked frenzy, I called my mechanic for a tow to his shop and he gave me the number for Fuegos, who I proceeded to call with the little life my phone had left. So, obviously things were incredibly tense. The tow truck was not only prompt but surprisingly affordable for someone living off of a grad student stipend (aka nothing). The driver was very efficient and looked at the car for me to see if there was anything to fix before towing. His kindness made me feel super calm and was exactly what I needed given my hellscape of a day. I will make sure to recommend them to friends and acquaintances in the future! -

2 months agoI requested Fuegos tow my vehicle to the shop when it refused to start during some extreme cold weather. Once on site they were able to jumpstart the battery where my own attempts had failed. In all it saved me more than 40% of the estimated towing cost and prevented me having to deal with the time and cost of a mechanic. I highly recommend this company and its services. -

3 months agoLiterally, I tried over six different towing companies in my area and this towing company was by far the cheapest. Also the greatest. I was so worried that my vehicle alarm system was down and that I had to have my vehicle towed to the dealership to be reset. These guys pulled up and literally blew my mind! They jumpstart my car. And I have been trying to do that with the wrong device. They saved me money. I didn't have to pay for a tow. They literally ease my mind and took all the worry away of me having my car towed to the dealership where they may have took advantage of me as a woman, and swear to me something else was wrong with my vehicle entirely. So thank you Fuegos Towing servic. you guys were the best!!!!!!! -
