1 year agoWe have been in our Wausau Home for over 2 years and are very happy. Justin and Teri were great to work with. Our home was completed on time and on budget. They work with great subcontractors as well. Plumbers, electrician, well driller, drywallers and garage door installers have all been wonderful since completion as we have needed minor adjustments. -

1 year agoEveryone told us that building a home is the biggest test for a family, and we were excited and nervous at the beginning, but Teri and Justin assured us they were with us all the way. Follow through from this family/team was great. Teri and Justin were open and honest, with us through the ups and downs of the building process. No project is perfect, and as we have heard from many others experiences, we were blessed with Justin and Teri building our home. They put the utmost care into building a home for a family. We never felt like just another job. When hiccups happened (which will happen if you decide to build with anyone), there was no hiding, Justin and Teri were upfront and honest. Communication is two ways, and they were reasonably responsive throughout the process. The quality of the home is great as well. Set day was amazing, and they truly made it a party seeing the concrete hole in the ground become a solid structure in 48 hours! Teri and Justin are great people, and will work with you as well as you work with them. Their team takes great pride in their work, and has been out several times already to assess and fix any settling on the home since move in. Thank you Justin and Teri for building us our dream happily ever after home! -
