3 weeks agoWe absolutely love our heater. It has made it possible to spend about 2 more months a year in our shop than we normally could due to the cold weather. We noticed it having a bit of white smoke and some fumes so I called technical support and Don walked me through how to reduce the fuel and increase the airflow of the machine so I can get it adjusted a little better. Great customer service. I'm so glad we bought a product Made in the USA and with support also located in the USA. -

1 month agoUpdate Wednesday 1/21/26 I wrote this review and the company responded Thursday 1/22/26 and told me to email my info to the attention of "Michael". I did and he responded and told me someone from tech (who I have already spoken with and gotten parts from that did not work) would be contacting me today, Friday 1/23/26. It is now 10pm Friday night and I have not heard anything from anyone AND the reply from Sunfire on my review is now gone. I'm stuck with an expensive heater that I can't use. It's been two weeks since I got the heater. I spoke with tech several times before I wrote the review to try to fix my issue, did everything they told me, was sent parts that didn't fix it and now I'm not even getting a call back. I'm not sure what to do from here. Heater is not odor free more smell then a my torpedo heater using in a 2 car garage with a thermostat after it runs a couple times fumes are so bad I can't even go in there without my eyes burning it's a waste of money heat it good and it's way quieter but other then that useless to me -

2 months agoProduct and customer service are impeccable. I live in NJ and received the 80,000 BTU unit within a couple of days. The plastic fill cap / indicator was cracked. Looks like damage during transport. I reached out to Sunfire and let them know about the damage. I told them I would send pictures. I sent the email on Saturday, December 20th 2025. Within a couple of hours I received a response telling me they would ship a new cap on Monday, December 22nd 2025 and pictures are not needed. I received the new fill cap by Thursday of that week. The heater is easy to operate and I bought the thermostat kit that works like a champ. Not only is the Sunfire heater a great product but customer service is outstanding. Not sure if I would have received the same response from a foreign made product. -

2 months agoWe purchased a SF160 heater a week ago to replace my 6 month old MR heater 120 radiant heater, that the fuel pump went bad on and is obsolete. Nice just when it gets real cold. This Sunfire is no comparison, yes it is alittle more money but the quality is amazing. Definitely will hold up to our Michigan weather. This thing kicks out some heat, with very low noise. I am very happy
