6 months agoVv First appointment they showed up with the wrong type of truck. The next four appointments that we made they were no show no call. We've been using these guys for 5 years and they are normally on time and very reasonable with rates. But last year there was also four no show no call appointments with them. When they no call no show we've have been coming home from work early and readjusting child care and that cost us money. When I brought all this up and saying that I wanted to leave a negative review Tyler got very nasty and threatened to have his people unload the truck right in the middle of our driveway and leave. When you try calling the main number the voice mailbox is full and is rarely answered. You can try your luck, your mileage may vary, but we will be seeking out other junk removal specialist in the future
