3 months agoReally in love with our new flooring. I get giddy to be in a home that 2 months ago I was sure I would sell because I just didn't love it. Keith showed up on a Saturday and worked the days leading up to a holiday and the day after to get it installed in time for us. All the details were well taken care of. He communicated everything well so we always knew what was going on. And best part? We set all of this up over text. I knew the flooring I wanted, just texted for details. Lined up dates. Made it SO easy to work with! Will use and recommend them for everything. -

5 months agoFirst l will say I would consider doing business with them again because they are a local business but I would be sure to keep good notes with dates and details. Felt they were disorganized and had to keep reminding them of what we requested. They kept poor notes and lacked communication with others in the business. Frustrating to get answers and waiting for a return call that rarely came. Also, dealing with a young lady that seemed to be recently hired was annoying. She always had an attitude with any questions we had with a role of her eyes. Always made us feel she had something else more important and we were intruding on her time. Fortunately we did not have to deal with her too often. If we did, we would not be back for sure. -

6 months agoKeith did a great job at installing our flooring in the bar area including the stairs. More than what we were expecting. He showed up when he said he was going to and worked throughout the day, spending five days in total. Wonderful job and would recommend KVR Flooring for all your needs. -

7 months agoKVR is a fantastic find! Keith and company will be our first stop for any future work! We luckily found them while looking and we just couldn't find what we wanted with two other major names in the area. KVR has a great selection and also had hard to find cork flooring. The fact that KVR does NOT use subcontractors is a huge plus. Keith takes pride in his work and doesn't cut corners! Floors look amazing and NO quarter rounds., all the original trim was adjusted and looks perfect! -
