3 months agoLast night when I returned home from work at 6 p.m. the temp in my house was 53 degrees. Al was in the valley with an ETA to me in Allouez was 9 p.m., but he was still willing to come. Luckily, he called for backup tech Jeff, who was there in 15 mins and had the problem diagnosed, the part in his truck, and the problem fixed in less than 45 mins. Excellent service. Very grateful. -

9 months agoI called KKelly to repair my AC unit on a weekend. The repair man told me cost of labor was going to be double on the weekend and I was fine with that. He replaced my capacitor and charged $391 for the capacitor total bill was $650....meanwhile my neighbor has same issue calls different repair person same capacitor $75!!!! Buyer Beware!!! I will never do business again
