4 months agoMy furnace went out, it's the middle of January, it's COLD outside!!! I called to see if someone could come take a look at. They tell they aren't taking on new customers and don't know where to direct me to someone who can help me!!! The only reason I selected this company is because I heard nothing but good things about them.......yet, my first experience them, is a heating emergency, and they tell me they can't help me.....whatever happened to helping your community.......Do better ERV SMITH!!!! -

They run a cleaning special for $169 which is very reasonable however they are not coming to clean they are coming to sell you a new unit and will tell you yours is shot and you got a cracked heater core and could be getting carbon monoxide in your house. I got another company over right after and found there is nothing wrong with my heater and I had been scammed. -
