13 years ago$100 I'm a first time home owner and didn't have any issues w/ either my heating or central air unit the entire first year I've lived here, I started having really dark furnace filters and wanted to make sure it wasn't anything wrong since I hadn't had that issue at all last winter. The service man came out and did a cleaning, checking everything and answering all my questions. He also stated that my furnace is in great shape and will probably only need a cleaning every other year (I had started using some wood wick candles and he suspected that was the cause). He also answered some questions I had about my central air unit as well. He was very friendly and patient, I would definitely use them again.
