When my heat went out, they responded promptly the same day and immediately came up with a clear plan, scheduling the work for later that same week. They even provided space heaters while we waited for the necessary parts, which was thoughtful and appreciated. Josh did a fantastic job explaining my options and walking me through his recommendation in a way that was clear and easy to understand. The installation crew-Brandon, Oscar, and Derrick-were outstanding. They were professional, courteous, and efficient, and the quality of their work was top-notch. I was extremely pleased with both the speed and the quality of the work completed. I highly recommend Kelly Heating & Electric and would absolutely use them again. -

4 weeks agoWe've had our furnace for 15 years from Kelly Heating. We recently had a system malfunction. I called and they were able to get out right away the same day. Mason was so kind, informative and professional. After this breakdown experience and repair I will 100% buy our next furnace through Kelly Heating and continue having them as our service provider. They didn't try to sell me and the repair cost was reasonable and affordable. I'm also impressed that our Bryant furnace has been 15 years with only two maintenance calls now and the yearly service Kelly Heating has provided has kept it working well I feel. Thank you again to the staff and to Mason for being absolutely wonderful to have in our home. -

4 weeks agoFirst, I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I was able to schedule an appointment. Serviceman Tim was here on time, found the problem, and resolved it. Also did the boiler maintenance. A great experience, and I'm glad I found a good HVAC business. Highly recommend. -

2 months agoEdit: So I called back in the morning because, of course I obviously dont have heat and still need a part. I spoke to Jamie who was extremely polite and helpful. Even as an office personal, she was able to check to see if they have the part in stock, (which of course they did not) but offered to send heaters over until they can get it. (Which is still 4 more days!) This is the person that you really want and need at the forefront of your company! Its her tone, empathy, and skill in knowing and understanding how to explain and deliver things in a conversation! She is the reason I changed my review from 1 star. ORIGINAL POSR: My furnace went out on a holiday. I had a diagnostic done which determined I needed a circuit board, but was told only Kelly Heating & Electric services Bryant furnaces in the area and would likely be the only one to have the board in stock. Called Kelly. Answering service lady told me its $350 to connect me to a technician. And I can't just ask if they have the part without agreeing to the $350 terms. I asked "so, Im not allowed to talk to anyone." She said "well its a holiday" and actually LAUGHED at me when I said " so I have to pay $350 to even get a yes or no answer?" !! I get the office is closed, but $350 just to talk to someone?! How rude. Thats the face of your company right there. For those interested, the terms are: $350 an hour, minimum one hour charge. Not including parts, fees and taxes. Agree to the terms before you get to speak to anyone. Even if that phone call is 3 minutes, 2 minutes, 4 minutes. You pay for an hour. -
