A week and a half later we were finally able to exchange their loaner car back for our Endeavor. 2 months agoDiagnosed and repaired the issue quickly. Communicated through each step to make sure nothing was missed (or done mistakenly so I didn't get charged more than I wanted to pay) and was able to help me make decisions on what was worth replacing versus leaving as-is. Plus they have a digital inspection sheet they send to you showing their findings. Very transparent and trustworthy. There are certainly cheaper shops out there, but there are also MUCH more expensive shops out there. This is quality at a realistic and good price. -
