2 years agoIf you need a rug, shop The Rug Company in Appleton! I went inside today, just going from shop to shop downtown, this was the best one I went in, and I don't even need a rug! The owner makes and repairs rugs all by hand, and the building itself has hardly changed from 1870! The owner is a nice guy and he was fun to talk to! -

3 years agoThe owner, Chuck, knowledgeably and helpfully guided my purchases in regard to location in our home, design compatibility, color coordination, etc. He had tips for care depending on the material of the rug and it's location in our home. The prices were great considering the quality of what we got. Would definitely recommend the Rug Company to anyone looking for small or large rugs for their living space. -

4 years agoThe owner is very knowledgable about rugs and extremely helpful in selecting the right rug, either from the large in-stock selection or he can get more ordered. Don't be intimidated by the more expensive hand-tied rugs in the front, there are also more affordable options (including wool and synthetics) in the back of the store. I love how our rug tied the living together! -

5 years agoThe owner Chuck took care of us and was very knowledgeable about rugs, he new his inventory and showed us exactly what we were looking for. We narrowed it down to 2 chose the one got it home and it wasn't right. Went back got the other rug with no problems. He was a real pleasure to work with. He has some beautiful rugs you just have to want quality.
