1 year agoMonday morning one of our technicians backed into one of our overhead doors. I called Overhead Door right away and with 1hr Nate was to our rescue. He got our door working again in no time and very courteous. Answered all my questions and was very efficient. This was the second time this company helped us with a door issue! -

2 years agoNeeded to call on the coldest Sunday of the winter so far. They were great on explaining the emergency service fees and getting a tech out right away. The tech was fantastic and also explained the process, our prior equipment, and the new equipment. For being emergency service, I feel the charges were extremely reasonable. I would absolutely use them again and refer anyone with garage problems to the Overhead Door Company. Thank you! -
