1 year agoOur Dream Home is beautiful, especially on the lot it was built on. After observing other homes being built at the same time in our neighborhood we are very glad we went with Mark Winters. We have received several comments from our new neighbors about the curb appeal and interior our home has. All of this has to do with the help we received from Chelsea who is the interior designer and a key member of the value Mark Winter Homes provides. Actually, I don't want to single anyone out, as the entire team is class act. Our only disappointment was with the non related issues to the actual construction process. We had ceiling fan and electronic door lock issues that needed to be replaced when we moved in. It took 5 months to get these issues resolved. We were rushed to get in and we believe these issues should have been resolved before we closed on our house. -

1 year agoWe couldn't have been happier with our new home build experience with Mark Winter Homes. Everything went perfectly from start to finish. We have almost been in our new home for a year and still love everything about it. Jill, Tom and Chelsea, our designer, were great to work with, as well as all of the subs. Ben did awesome with finish work and Scott kept the job moving. I have always loved Mark Winter Home designs and they did not disappoint when it came to our home build. -

1 year agoAfter doing our research and checking in with several builders, we choose Mark Winter Homes to build our final home. Everything was so easy and everyone was amazing to work with. The home is of the highest quality and built with care. Mrs. Jill Rooney was very patient with us as we went from location to location before building in Appleton North. Mr. Tom Rooney did an amazing job with the plans and accommodating our numerous changes. Ms. Chelsea Ademino was an amazing designer with a great eye! She helped us, patiently, with all our designs and picks. We love our new home and can't wait to get some landscaping in the Spring. Thank you, Mark Winter Homes!!! -

1 year agoChoosing Mark Winter to build our home was one of the best decisions we have made. After doing our research with a variety of builders we felt Mark Winter fit all are needs. Being first time home builders we were dependent on the knowledge and experience of our builder, Tom Rooney. I would like to add that building a home can be, let's say, a bit stressful at times but to work with a group of professionals that didn't promise unrealistic timelines and were reassuring with our decision making made the experience enjoyable. In closing, let me include that since we've moved in we have had several neighbors stop by to tell us how beautiful our home is.
