2 months agoOur newer (4 year old) upstairs carpeting from FLOORS BY ROBERTS still looks GREAT. It should. We are elderly empty nesters and the rooms upstairs have had very minimal traffic/use. It replaced our 20 year old carpeting from FLOORS BY ROBERTS that served us well, withstanding hard use from our three children throughout their teenage years. Our complaint: The new carpeting is disintegrating. When vacuumed, the canister fills to the top with carpet fibers. If you sit or kneel on the floor your clothing is covered with white fibers. We are concerned about breathing the fibers. We have done nothing wrong. Contacting ROBERTS resulted in the manufacturer sending an evaluator out whose report substantiates this. I wish I could include pictures of the spotless carpeting that still looks like new and the vacuum cleaner canister filled with fibers after one vacuuming. So far ROBERTS has pointed fingers at different entities in the manufacturing process including Shaws, Stainmaster, and Lowe's. We are getting nowhere. -

3 months agoWorking with Floors by Robert's was a smooth interaction. Lindsey was our sale rep spent ample time with us picking out our vinyl flooring. She even sent a whole box home with us to lay out. After a quick phone call, they came to our house to measured our flooring area. A week later Leo installed our luxury vinyl. The installing went well and he did a good job cleaning up when he was finished. We will definitely recommend them and use them for future flooring projects. -

5 months agoWe had the pleasure of working with multiple people from Floors by Robert's and we're pleased with all the assistance we received. We had an unfortunate mishap with a refrigerator hose leaking forcing us to replace flooring in multiple rooms. Our installer (Leo) did an excellent job. We were impressed with how diligently he worked for 5 days and how he cleaned up each and every day before leaving. We are happy to refer others to FBR. Thank you for helping us through a very stressful, unplanned flooring project! -

Her choice of installer was nothing short of miraculous and the guys finished a living room floor, a 13-step staircase and a short 11ft hallway in 3 hours, including tear out of the old material. You absolutely CANNOT go wrong employing Floors By Robert's!
