4 weeks agoI would not recommend advanced flooring to anyone with service requirements after installation. We had the floors installed 4 years ago now and I have been trying to get them back for 16 month now to repair a part in the floor that has buckled. We spent a lot of money and expected the warranty they offered of labor and product to be met. Thus far, several emails, voicemails and texts have gone unanswered. I was assured a YEAR ago that they would get us "in the schedule" to repair/fix. It has now been 12 months with nary a word or peep. Again, emails/texts/voicemails are going ignored. So far, a nightmare. -

1 year agoBuilt a new home and we purchased all our flooring from them and had a great experience. The problem started after I had flooring coming up in front of the fireplace. After many calls were not returned I contacted my builder and he got ahold of them and came to my house to look at the heaving floor area. They agreed to fix or replace with tile. Numerous calls back they never showed. Good luck getting ahold of Paul he does not return calls. Very poor customer service after the sale. This was the second home I built and used this company and it will also be the last. BEWARE no customer service after the sale and no follow up. -

2 years agoI would NEVER recommend Advanced Flooring. They have a great upfront sales pitch, but a worthless guarantee for product quality and service. The owner, Paul, promised to have the installation/manufacturer defects repaired over 2 years ago, and hasn't been returning my voicemails or emails since. The 'commercial grade' LVP has separated and is scratching throughout. The grout on my LVT starting cracking within weeks of moving in. The LVT is on heated floors and the incorrect grout was used. The carpet started pulling. The installer came out and said it was a manufacturer defect. When Paul came out to look at the issues, he agreed and said he would get in contact with the manufacturer to get a new product ordered; I still haven't heard from Paul. I paid in full, promptly, and once they cashed that check, their customer service was no longer existent
