6 years agoWe contacted Advantage about a long-standing problem of insufficient cooling and heating in a back bedroom. We were considering replacement of our 18-year-old central system and the original duct work (1965). Keith Knight took a close look and said the system and the duct work were in good shape, and neither needed replacement. Instead, he proposed adding a new duct and a small return in the bedroom. He also told us about two add-ons to the HVAC system to kill mold and germs. We accepted his proposal, which in total was at least $10K less than what we had expected to pay. In other words, Advantage didn't take advantage of us. That sort of integrity is tough to find. The work solved the cooling problem completely, and the germicidal add-ons have made the entire house smell fresher. (In this era of covid, our house may even be healthier.) Excellent crew, too. They made a special trip to plan their work. As a result, all work was done in a single day. Can't say enough good about this company. -
