1 year agoI called on a Friday to schedule carpet cleaning. Was told a technician would call to schedule. By the following Wednesday evening, still no call. That's five days. Now I am behind schedule with my plans. If I could give a zero star, I would. And this business is called Customer First????

FAQ
How much does Customer First Carpet Cleaning charge for carpet cleaning, and do you provide free estimates?
We determine pricing based on the square footage, condition of the carpets, and any additional services like upholstery or pressure washing. Free estimates are available after a quick inspection of your space. This ensures you receive an accurate quote tailored to your home or business needs.
Are you licensed and insured?
Customer First Carpet Cleaning carries full insurance to protect your property during service. Our team follows industry standards for safe and effective cleaning. Homeowners can verify credentials through our website for added peace of mind.
Does Customer First Carpet Cleaning clean upholstery, mattresses, rugs, blinds, and handle pressure washing?
We clean carpets, upholstery, rugs, and provide pressure washing for various surfaces. Our equipment handles mattresses and even silhouette blinds to restore them to like-new condition. Specialized treatments address stains and grout as needed for thorough results.
What is your typical arrival window and how long does carpet cleaning take?
Customer First Carpet Cleaning arrives on time within the scheduled window, typically starting promptly. Cleaning time depends on the area size, with residential jobs often completed in a few hours and commercial hallways taking longer due to scale. We coordinate scheduling to fit your timeline.
What happens after Customer First Carpet Cleaning finishes-how do you handle cleanup and waste?
We remove all waste water and debris using our extraction equipment, leaving no mess behind. Door guards protect your floors, and we restore furniture to its original position. Your space is left clean and ready for immediate use.
Why is your professional carpet cleaning method better and safer than DIY attempts?
Our approach uses specialized truck-mounted equipment for hot water extraction, which penetrates deep to remove dirt, allergens, and stains that household cleaners miss. DIY methods often leave residues that attract more soil and can damage fibers over time. Professionals select the right solutions for each surface, ensuring longer-lasting cleanliness without risks like mold from improper drying.
