7 months agoI didn't have a good experience. Cost $240 for a spring to open the garage door. Problem is it took 3-4 visits for them to come up with the right spring. They were not the best at communication. I had to call to find out when they would be here. I don't think I will use them again. But the people are nice. -

1 year agoLet me tell you, I have never had such a great experience with a company in my life! They are such good accommodating people - from the owner down to the guys that cleaned up afterward. I recently had some garage doors installed by them and they gave me a very reasonable price and they had it done in no time! All the technicians were so nice. One super kind gentleman, I remember him saying his name was Sonny Johnson (he went by DJ for some reason), he did everything to make my family feel at ease. He even brought my 3 alpacas chicken nuggets after lunch! Then he offered to shovel the snow from my driveway! He did everything besides offer to do my laundry! Well, I've gone on long enough. I just can't say enough about Bob Gant and his team. And that guy DJ- he's a superstar! God bless Overhead Door of Mid-Ohio Valley, and God bless America! -

We were having issues with our garage door, they had us on the schedule the same day and were able to get it fixed right away. thank you to the gentleman who came to help. DJ was very professional and so kind. I highly recommend requesting him for your needs of service! -
