We called yesterday and this morning 7am they were here. They were in and out in no time, super respectful, explained everything, answered any questions we had and were on the road to their next job. -

7 months agoCan't really rate their work, because it was never done. In mid-July we had problems with an outside drain. Called them and was told that someone would be over next Tuesday or Wednesday. A 48-hour wait window. Of course, they said they would call about thirty minutes before arriving. Nonetheless a 30-minute time-frame precluded any running of errands. So, we're stuck in the house waiting for them. Tuesday, no one showed - called to confirm that they would be by the next day (Wednesday). Was assured that they would. Wednesday went by at 4:50 PM - a phone call. There was a delay caused by another job, so they won't be able to send someone over. Assured us that they could send someone over the next day and would call in the morning with a scheduled time to arrive. Thursday - no phone cal. Called at about 11:00 AM to inquire. Explanation, yet another job took precedence over ours. Assured that someone, would be by "sometime today." When pressed for details - they admitted it probably would be until the late afternoon. Read the writing on the wall. JBUS would not show up and give another excuse. So, called and canceled the appointment and went with a better plumbing service, Law Plumbing Services, which fixed our problem. JBUS, apparently, plays passive-aggressive games when they don't want the job and just string the customer along. Saying, "we'll be over," then renege. I would prefer a more honest approach where they say that they don't want the job and call someone else rather than play juvenile head games with customers -
