  What kind of pretty late for me to be reviewing however I got service from this guy back in November and can't say I'm not satisfied they did a killer job now they could have communicated with me probably a little better and by that I mean the crew that did the work they probably should have kept in contact with me a little better. The owner definitely made up for it, and other than that little hiccup of communication issue I'm pleased with the way my floors turned out.

  We recently had carpet installed by Jordan's, and the entire experience was exceptional from beginning to end. Jamie, the owner, runs an absolutely top-notch operation. Both he and Brian were professional, honest, and incredibly helpful in guiding us through the selection process. You can tell they truly care about customers and stand behind their work. This is a first rate operation and can certainly meet all of your flooring needs at extremely competitive prices. Sierra handled the installation, and she was on point. The install crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and were respectful of the home throughout the entire project. Their workmanship is outstanding - the seams are clean, the carpet is perfectly stretched, and every detail was handled with precision. They even cleaned up as they worked throughout the house. They clearly take pride in what they do, and it shows in the final result. The house looks amazing, and we could not be happier with the quality of the carpet and the level of service we received. We highly recommend Jordan's Flooring to anyone looking for flooring. This is exactly the kind of customer service every company should strive for and I'll continue to spend my hard earned dollars at Jordan's when I have a flooring project. Thank you Jordan's!

  I waited several months before writing this review. First, I'd like to say anyone I have physically spoken to was always professional and nice but that's pretty much my only positive, I would not recommend Jordan's Flooring. I had a lot of issues on our floor journey, things were broken (I.e - bookshelf, sliding door, blinds) the trim was not done properly and looks awful. My biggest complaint is that I was told to just get everything small off the floor and they'd move the big stuff for a fee, which was fine but they didn't say a word about covering anything-they covered nothing ...my home was COVERED in sanding dust, my furniture, my beds, my clothes (hanging in closet), some things had to be thrown away, I was washing my children's bedding at 8pm when they left, my vacuum had to be trashed. The owner did come and do a walk through of our home( after I complained a few times and kept following up over a month after install) and offered to fix the issues and replace the broken items or give us a discount for the amount it would cost to fix/ replace ($800). We ultimately took the discount because I was not comfortable having the workers come back to my house. Only 1 of the 4 workers spoke broken English so there was a bit of a language barrier and no communication during the process despite my trying to check in. My toilet was moved to install new flooring but the plumber "forgot" and didn't come back to reinstall until the following day and then the toilet leaked and they had to come back later that day. My white porch has red stain on it due to the workers trying to stain a transition into my master bath...it was incorrect and the owner did replace that and said he'd clean the stain but never did. I was charged for 3 transitions despite only getting 2. My floor is SO loud and sounds like we have a several hundred year old house now (built in 2003) ...clearly the subfloor was not sanded and leveled properly. I did finance the floors and when they processed my payment I was charged an additional $70 by synchrony and when I called(synchrony) they said Jordan's knew and should have informed me of the processing fee. I did reach out but ultimately no one got back to me about my refund for the 3rd floor transition/ the processing fee that I was not expecting. We are a very low income family of 4 and this was something we've dreamed of doing 9 years into owning our home, I do not feel our money was well spent at this point. It is absolutely the cheapest option in the area and has the potential to be great...slow and steady good work CAN be done it just was not for this project. Overall unsatisfied. Do not recommend.

  I was extremely pleased with the work completed by Jordan's Flooring. They promptly came out for an estimate and was patient with me during scheduling. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. My new carpet looks great. They exceeded my expectations and I look forward to working with them again. Thank you Jordan's Flooring for making this such a smooth process for me!!
