1 year agoIf I can give a minus 1 star I would. We've had this company come out several times and nothing has been accomplished. The last guy that came out said, "I guess it's the best it can perform during this heat". Really is that what you guys came up with? And he also said that our A/C unit is already being wore out. The house was built almost four years ago and their result is, it's getting wore out. Never again... -

1 year agoTom was quick and responding to the voicemail. I left on his number. Called me in less than 10 minutes. Fortunately for me he had his guys on site in less than 45 minutes! This is not always to be expected, but it pointed out they were doing their best to respond to everybody as fast as they could. The technicians were delightful and polite, and they quickly diagnosed my problem as only a bad capacitor, which they had in stock in their van. The charges were more than reasonable for the value their service provided! I'm very happy to have called them! -

1 year agoWas a great place to buy from until I had a problem with a completely botched install of a LG Mini Split.They just decided to ignore the diagnosed problem from another contractor and disappeared. Now 4 years later I still have a mini split that leaks down my wall all spring and summer. Beware
