10 months agoThe lady that runs it kinda has a matter of fact attitude when we were overly nice and then ended up being wrong about what she told us the part was. Making us have to trip back to Fairmont from Good Hope. But she is just kinda old fashioned, I'd say. We got our above ground pool here, and they have always been pretty great, honestly! -

11 months agoThe service from Pool Queen is excellent. The installation was done in a caring, professional manner and the technicians sent to our home were friendly and knowledgeable. They were genuinely concerned that we were satisfied. Yes, you can buy a pool at a cheaper price from an online vendor. However, if you don't have expensive equipment and expertise for ensuring your location is perfectly level, you will pay an additional fee to someone else who does so you aren't really saving any money. Plus, the customer support for adding the proper chemicals and accessories provided with the package are an added value. -
