1 year agoI probably called 20 places to work on my steel building roll up door and no one works on them. Finally called Advantage and made an appointment for my roll up steel door, they called the morning of my appoj tment and gave me a rough estimate of what time they would show up, not like the cable/phone company, they said they would be there between 12 and 1pm. Showed up at 1215. They had the spring in stock and installed it, charge was very reasonable. Very fast and professional service. -

2 years agoI have called this business AT LEAST 5 times before Christmas. 3 of those times, I spoke to a lady who gave me the same response of "I will see when they can come out and give an estimate and I will call you back tomorrow". I was never given a return call. They must not want business -

They were very friendly and offered to come out the next day to take a look. They fixed our garage door within an hour! They were so friendly and professional - I highly recommend. -

4 years agoThey installed my garage door. A manual release for the lock was supposed to be installed so I can get my car out of the garage when there's no electricity. Despite repeated calls they have not come to install that. I don't know if they're still in business or if they're just ignoring me. It's really sad that they have left me in this situation where if the power goes out I can't get my car out of the garage. What kind of business does that?
