2 months agoHas missed my trash 2 weeks in a row. Lady has an attitude and unwillingness to help. WHO and WHAT sold to this company we miss our other company the ACTUAL Beckley garbage disposal. Cannot make requests online anymore, cannot get in contact without hearing a British person telling me who I am calling when I call.... This is just making me want to go to the landfill -

1 year agoAbsolute joke. They have refused to pick up the garbage at my house when my bill has been paid up for weeks, and even after others on our street were picked up. Their incompetent and lying office workers "assured" my wife multiple times that a pickup would be made and guess what, the truck never shows. What an unprofessional and literal garbage dump of a company. They have officially lost my business!
