1 year agoMy kids brought home bed bugs, but the exterminators from General Exterminating arrived later that day, and heated the home to 120 degrees to kill everything (ants, etc). He even stayed later to make sure everything was handled correctly, and stands behind his work. I'll be using him again should they return, but I doubt they will. -

4 years agoAlmost a year ago, we had one of the worse experiences of our life as far as bugs go. Somehow bed bugs were brought into our home. I had never experienced bed bugs personally, only heard stories. I called Robbie at General Exterminating. He told me about this heat treatment procedure they did. I thought it sounded a little crazy, but was willing to try anything, especially with the guarantee they had. I am happy to tell you, it worked! I wish I had posted this much earlier, but I just came across this tonight. I do recommend them for your pest needs. -
