During the building process, Rich and his team were always ready and willing to make sure things went smoothly and I could always count on great follow up with concerns and questions. Everyone that I have come in contact with at any level has been kind, respectful, and professional in every aspect, attending promptly to even the smallest of concerns. The quality and workmanship of my home is amazing and I am completely happy in my beautiful home. 8 years agoIN MY OPINION THERE IS ZERO PROFESSIONALISM, QUALITY, RESPONSIVENESS. HIRED TO SUMMIT CREST CONSTRUCTION TO BUILD A NEW HOME, GAVE MONEY, TOOK MONTHS TO EVEN START THE PROJECT, PROJECT WAS SUPPOSED TO COMPLETED IN 6 MONTHS, BUILDER DEVIATED FROM PLANS APPROVED FROM THE CITY, DEVIATED FROM SIGN AGREEMENT, BUILDER ALSO WAS AWARE OF WHAT SUBS WERE DOING IMPROPERLY AND AND ONCE BROUGHT TO BUILDERS ATTENTION...... BUILDER VOIDED SIGNED AGREEMENT, AND LEFT US OUT IN THE COLD WITH NO HOME. MY RECOMMENDATION OR OPINION IS STEER CLEAR AND SAVE YOURSELF FROM A TREMENDOUS FINANCIAL BURDEN AND BEING RIPPED OFF, DO YOUR RESEARCH, AND FORM YOUR OWN OPINION. -
