  I recently had a garage door installed by SCI Door in Yakima, WA, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. I was originally referred to them by Cody from UpFront Garage Doors in Ellensburg, as I was outside their service area (even though Google incorrectly listed Grandview as being within their reach). Cody spoke very highly of SCI Door, and I felt it spoke highly of SCI to be referred to them from a competitor. I'm so happy I took his advice! From start to finish, the process was smooth and professional. The office staff, especially Laney, were incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional. It was such a joy working with her over the phone. The gentleman that came to measure for my new door was very professional and friendly as well. I was extremely impressed with his knowledge about what we had to work with considering our old broken down door and the issues I endured with it over the years and he helped me make decisions on a new door to meet our needs. I really appreciated his patience and thoroughness during the entire decision making process. The wait time from measurement to installation was about six weeks, but I appreciated that every door is custom-made to fit the application, ensuring top-notch quality. When the installers arrived, they were not only professional but also friendly, and they completed the job quickly and efficiently. The installation was flawless, and the new garage door has definitely improved our home's curb appeal. Overall, I'm very impressed with the service from SCI Door and highly recommend them for anyone in need of a garage door. They've earned my trust and business! We are so very happy with our new garage door! The insulation rating is much higher than the old door which will make working in the garage in the winter so much nicer. The keypad we added is convenient for everyone especially our two boys. With all that being said, this new wonderful door was well within our budget! Thank you SCI for your excellent service!
