2 months agoRyan and his Team at Theisen Heating have been a pleasure to work with. From diagnosing issues on short notice, providing very competitive bids for a furnace replacement, and then doing what they said they would do when they said they would do it, it's been a pleasure. But beyond that, even after money was paid and the installation completed, the Theisen Team navigated the power company maze to submit and then RE-submit the Power Company's rebate process -- which meant I will get a check for $2,000 as a rebate. This refund would not have happened without their help, as the initial claim was denied. Theisen went above and beyond and I could not be happier. I will definitely call them when I need help again and highly recommend their service. Nice work, Ryan! -

4 months agoMy two gas fireplaces were diagnosed with leaks by Cascade Natural Gas. I then called Theisen, gave them the information I had, and made an appointment. When the technician arrived, he was friendly but told me that they don't normally work on gas fireplaces and recommended I call a different company. I wasted my time and 135 dollars because I wasn't informed. So, if you have a gas fireplace that needs repairs, learn from my mistake and call a different company. -
